Mark Finnimore

Mark Finnimore drives Darling Ingredients’ Canadian business and North American Specialties operations, guiding commercial performance, operational strategy and growth across diverse specialty ingredient and service platforms. His leadership supports strong customer partnerships, regional expansion and the continued advancement of value-added specialty offerings across the U.S. and Canada.

Mark joined the company in 2020 as Senior Vice President responsible for leading the company’s Canadian operations. In 2025, he expanded his oversight to include U.S. Specialties, and in 2026 he was appointed Executive Vice President – Canada and North American Specialties.

With more than 35 years of experience in the meat, poultry and broader agribusiness sectors, Mark brings extensive operational, commercial and cross-border leadership expertise. Prior, he held senior roles with Canadian-, American- and European-owned companies, gaining deep exposure to global food and food-processing markets and North American supply chains.

Mark’s career reflects a long-standing commitment to operational excellence, market development and strengthening the specialty ingredients sector across North America.
