Brandon Lairmore

Brandon Lairmore directs Darling Ingredients’ U.S. rendering operations, shaping operational strategy, performance and continuous improvement across the company’s nationwide network. He focuses on advancing safety and efficiency, optimizing plant operations and supporting the long-term growth of the company’s rendering platforms.

Since 2016, Brandon has served in several regional leadership roles that have strengthened operational execution and organizational alignment. He served as Regional Vice President for the Great Lakes Region and later as Senior Vice President for the North Central Region before being appointed Executive Vice President – U.S. Rendering Operations in 2023.

Brandon has more than two decades of experience in the rendering and protein conversion industry. He began his career at Tyson Foods, spending over a decade in plant and operational leadership positions. He later served as Plant Manager at Protein Products and as General Manager of Pilgrim’s Mount Pleasant Protein Conversion Facility, eventually becoming Pilgrim’s Director of the Protein Conversion Business Unit.

Brandon earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural, food and life sciences from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from William Woods University.
