Executive Vice President – Chief Administrative Officer
Patrick McNutt oversees Darling Ingredients’ administrative functions, providing strategic leadership for Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management and other enterprise support areas. His work strengthens organizational alignment, enhances operational resilience and ensures the systems that enable a safe, engaged and high performing global workforce.
Since joining Darling Ingredients in 2000, Patrick has advanced through a series of leadership roles spanning safety management, fleet optimization and logistics strategy. His efforts have supported major operational improvements and helped build an integrated administrative infrastructure that aligns with the company’s longterm growth and sustainability goals. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 2022.
Before joining the company, Patrick held operations and safety leadership positions at Coca-Cola and Argonaut Insurance Company, gaining broad experience in complex, high-performance operating environments. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served as a sonar technician aboard the USS John Adams, a ballistic missile submarine.
Patrick has both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University, where he also served as an adjunct professor.
