Expertise

Dr. Celeste Clark has served as principal of Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC since 2011, advising clients on nutrition and health policy, regulatory affairs and leadership development. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University.

 

From 1977 to 2011, Dr. Clark assumed multiple leadership roles at Kellogg Company and was a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. As Senior Vice President, Global Policy and External Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer, she led global health, nutrition and regulatory science initiatives, ensuring consistent compliance and implementation across markets. She also oversaw corporate communications, government relations, public affairs, philanthropy and several administrative functions  

Skills and qualifications

Celeste brings deep expertise in nutrition and health policy, regulatory strategy, sustainability and executive leadership. Her experience at Kellogg Company and as an independent consultant positions her well in providing meaningful insights and governance on emerging policy trends, regulatory developments and science‑based sustainability practices.

 

Her long-standing focus on sustainability and responsible stewardship strengthens Darling Ingredients’ commitment to advancing sustainable solutions and addressing the global challenges related to food, nutrition and population growth.
