Randall (Randy) C. Stuewe is Darling Ingredients’ Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

Randy has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since joining the company in February 2003. Over his two decades leadership, he has developed and implemented strategies to dramatically transform the company from 600 employees in 20 locations in the United States to more than 15,000 employees in more than 15 countries on 5 continents. Darling Ingredients’ growth and value creation reflect Randy’s unwavering leadership style and commitment to running the company based on its core values of integrity, transparency and entrepreneurship.

Prior to Darling Ingredients, Randy held numerous senior executive roles at ConAgra Foods, including President of Gilroy Foods. Prior to ConAgra Foods, Randy served in various management, sales and trading positions in Cargill’s food processing businesses over 12 years. Randy is a graduate of Kansas State University and currently serves as a director of Teays River Investments, a privately held agribusiness holding company.
