Mr. Enderson Guimaraes is the retired President and Chief Operating Officer of Laureate Education, Inc. Prior to joining Laureate, he served in several senior executive positions at PepsiCo, Inc., including Executive Vice President, Global Categories and Operations; Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe and Sub‑Sahara Africa; and President of PepsiCo Global Operations.

Prior to PepsiCo, Enderson served as Executive Vice President of Electrolux and Chief Executive Officer of its major appliances business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He also spent ten years in a variety of leadership roles at Philips Electronics, gaining deep global operating experience across multiple markets and industries.

His leadership roles across multinational companies — particularly in consumer foods, technology and education — provide the board with a wide-ranging strategic perspective. His experience leading PepsiCo’s Europe and Sub‑Sahara Africa businesses, including transforming operational models and driving regional performance, offers valuable insight as Darling Ingredients expands operations in Brazil and enhances its IT and cybersecurity capabilities. Enderson’s broad operational knowledge and global outlook make him a strong contributor across the company’s diverse business segments.
