These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to and governs the websites operated by Darling Ingredients Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Darling Ingredients"), including any linked pages owned and operated by Darling Ingredients or any successors thereof, or any application made available by Darling Ingredients for use on a tablet, mobile phone or other mobile device ("the Websites").

Applicable Laws
