Rousselot returns to Fi Europe to spotlight its collagen- and gelatin-based solutions that support science-backed health and wellness. From reducing sugar and boosting protein to enabling clean-label formulations, Rousselot’s ingredients help brands create products that deliver both nutritional value and indulgent appeal.
A highlight of the exhibit will be Nextida® GC, Rousselot’s latest collagen peptide innovation, clinically shown to support metabolic wellness by naturally stimulating GLP-1 and GIP secretion (Grasse et al. 2024). Attendees will be invited to sample “Cosmopolitan” and “Vegas” mocktails, hazelnut macchiatos and crackers featuring Nextida® GC.
